Nepal: Initial draft of new constitution should be brought on Jan 22: Dahal

<p><span>UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has stressed on the need of promulgating the initial draft of the new constitution if the new constitution could not be promulgated on coming January 22, saying he was determined to the promulgation of the new constitution to be acceptable to all.</span></p><p><span></span><br><br><span>Expressing consent to the request of youth lawmakers of different political parties for the promulgation of the new statute on the slated time at the Constituent Assembly (CA) Building today, Chairman Dahal said he was committed to issue the initial draft of the new constitution on the slated time.&nbsp;</span></p>
