Nepal: No alternative to draft constitution on time: CA chair

<p>Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subas Chandra Nembang has said he has already directed chairpersons of the CA thematic committees to fulfill their responsibilities as per the CA regulations and CA calendar.</p><p><br>Taking part in an interaction program organized by Reporters´ Club in the capital today, the CA Chair informed that the committee heads have already been told to complete their task on time and present the details of agreed and disagreed issues relating to the constitution before the CA within the deadline.&nbsp;</p>
