Armenia: Commission: New Constitution should take into account social development dynamics

<p>The stage of regional public discussions of the draft concept of constitutional amendments is underway in Armenia: a sitting was held today in the city of Yeghegnadzor, Armenian Justice Ministry said.</p><p><br><br>Members of the Special Commission on Constitutional Amendments under the Armenian President, Georgy Kutoyan and Vardan Poghosyan, presented the planned amendments. The governor of Vayots Dzor province Edgar Ghazaryan also participated in the debates.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
