’No Constitution before 2016’, Opposition warns Zambians

<p>Opposition Republican Progressive Party (RPP) has expressed doubt that the final draft constitution will be released before 2016. </p><p>RPP Secretary General Leslie Chikuse says this is why it is important that Zambians find ways of having the constitution in addition to campaigns by the civil society organizations which he says seem to be yielding no fruit.</p> <p>Chikuse says all Zambians must wake up and participate in the fight for the release of the constitution as the fight is neither for the civil society nor opposition political parties and the church.</p> <p>He adds that Zambians should realize that a lot of their money has been spent on the constitution making process the reason why they should not let that money go to waste.</p>
