Nepal: CA Speaker reaffirms Constitution will be finalised as scheduled

<p>At a meeting with the Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) delegation, Chairman Subash Chandra Nembang of the Constituent Assembly, May 8, 2014, claimed that that the constitution will be promulgated within the stipulated time and thereafter the country will see the needed political stability and prosperity.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br>Talking funny things is not a crime in this republican order.</p><p><br><br>The NCC delegation was headed by Chairman Suresh Kumar Basnet.</p><p><br><br>"We have already owned the activities of erstwhile dissolved Constituent Assembly and the new one has already speeded up the constitution drafting task."</p>
