Tanzania- Constituent Assembly Chair frustrated over chaos in the body

<p>Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Samuel Sitta has expressed concern on actions by some members of the assembly, which he said could derail the constitution rewriting process. </p><p>At a news conference, Mr Sitta was bitter that the assembly failed to proceed with scheduled programmes due to chaotic manners of some members, particularly those from the UKAWA group.</p> <p>"The government is spending a lot of money to keep us here but we have not done anything concrete for two days. It is very dangerous for the country's democracy.</p>
