Nepal:CA adopts rules of procedure

<p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p> The Constituent Assembly (CA) on Friday adopted the parliament rules of procedure, paving way for the beginning of the constitution drafting process.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p> The CA along with Legislature-Parliament will now have to form the committees within 15 days to run the daily business of the parliament and to examine and review topical issues. </p>
