Zambia-MMD vows to fight until government delivers Constitution

<p><strong>MMD PARTY POSITION ON THE CONSTITUTION</strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.5em;">The MMD considers the constitution making process as a sacred exercise which should result in giving Zambians a constitution which works for them and is a product of their collective wisdom as a people.</span></p><p>The MMD in government initiated the process of constitution making by creating a legal framework that birthed the National Constitutional Conference. The MMD completed the process and took the bill to parliament, only to be thrown out by the then opposition led by the Patriotic Front.</p>
