<p><span>The Draft Constitution will not be accepted by the chiefs because it abolishes chieftaincy in Zambia by taking away their powers and rights over land and giving them to the President, warns chief Jumbe. </span><span>And the House of Chiefs resolved to reject the draft Constitution which carries a clause that they claim takes away their powers and rights over land and gives them to the President.</span></p>
