Zambia: Final draft Constitution to be handed over in October

<p>&nbsp;</p><p>_______________________________________________________________________________</p><p>The Technical Committee on Drafting the Constitution says it will hand over the final draft Constitution, the Constitution of Zambia Bill and the report to President Michael Sata in October 2013.</p> <p>Spokesperson Ernest Mwansa in a statement issued to QFM <span class="IL_AD">News today</span> says the Committee has received the final draft Constitution from the drafts-persons, which has since been handed over to independent editor.</p>
