Libya: Constitutional Committee Draft Election Law - 2013

This is the Constitutional Committee Draft Election Law for 2013. The present law relates to the elections of the Constitutional Drafting Committee, in conformity with Article 30 of the Provisional Constitutional Declaration issued by the National Transitional Council (NTC) on 3 August 2011 and its subsequent amendments.
