This is a commentray on the Egyptian Constitutional Declaration Dated 17 June 2012, written by Zaid Al-Ali, Christopher Roberts and Amos Toh. The commenary highlighted that the Constitutional Declaration dated 17 June 2012 raises significant problems in four areas: the powers of the armed forces, the schedule of parliamentary elections, the horizontal distribution of powers and the constitutional drafting process. It sets also a number of recommendations.
