Nepal's constitutional impasse: Mapping wayforwad options

<p>There are currently discussions on two possible ways out of the political impasse. Some leaders of the Nepali Congress have put forward a proposal for restoring the dissolved parliament. The Maoist-led government, on the other hand, believes that an election to a new Constituent Assembly is the best way out.
