Revised Harmonised Draft Constitution of kenya (2010)

The revised draft  comprises the recommendations agreed upon as a result of the deliberations of the
Parliamentary Select Committee on the Review of the Constitution in accordance with section 32(1) (c) of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act, 2008 and presented to the Committee of Experts pursuant to section 33(1) of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act.
