Turks and Caicos Islands’ Constitution Building Hits Political Stumbling Block

People’s Democratic Movement of the <span> </span>British Overseas Territory of the Turks and
Caicos Islands (TCI) has rejected most of the changes proposed to the new Constitution, reports the<a title="Public rejects reforms proposed by advisors" href="http://www.fptci.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2527:public-rejects-reforms-proposed-by-advisors&catid=18:local&Itemid=26"><span style="color: #00b0f0;"> FPTCI</span></a>. 2009, the British government decided to suspend the Constitution and the
