Proyecto de Reforma Constitucional: Partido Popular Cristiano

This document, presented here in Spanish, includes the reaction of Partido Popular Cristiano (the Popular Christian Party) to the Constitution of 1979.  There are topics such as Christian humanism, the social economy of the market, equilibrium between the powers of the State, new institutions, and the validity of the Constitution of 1979 and its problems.  Also included is the reaction of the Partido Popular Cristiano to the Constitution of 1993.
