Resolucion No. 14-93-JNE: Texto Normativo del Referendum "Votacion en el Extranjero"

This document, presented here in Spanish, is Decision No. 14-93-JNE 14 10 93, which concerns regulating voting from abroad in the referendum.  It was approved on the 13th of October, 1993.  It concerns suffrage, the Committee of Suffrage, rights, the opening of electoral material, the list of voters and signs, the secret chamber, voting, invalid ballots, and other issues.
