Propuesta de la Region Sur

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a proposal from the Southern Region of Ecuador.  It concerns unity and development with equality.  There are various proposals which concern the national government, the Constituent Assembly, decentralization, territorial concerns, injustice, history and development.
