Propuesta: Reforma Legal en la Salud

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a proposal from the National Association of Private Clinics and Hospitals of Ecuador- ACHPE.  It comments on the Constitutional reform of health.  Included are proposals for health in the new Constitution, such as the right of health, the national health authority, the national health system, financial, social security, human resources, science, technology and innovation, fundamental rights, the State, and employment.
