Propuesta: Federacion Nacional de Abogados

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a proposal from the National Federation of Lawyers of Ecuador.  They call for the Constituent Assembly to exercise their Constitutional duties in regards to the text: Constitutional Action to Protect Public Heritage or Treasury.
