Acuerdo de los Jovenes Fallecidos y Heridos del Incendio "Old Factory"

This Resolution, presented here in Spanish, relates to the solidarity with the friends and family of the youth who were killed or injured by the fire on April 19th, 2008, in the site called "Old Factory" in Quito.  The resolution details how the fire is being investigated, and how steps are being taken to ensure that there are public spaces where artistic and cultural expressions can be developed in safe and respectful conditions.
