Resolucion 20

This document, presented here in Spanish, is a resolution with five articles which declare the Bishop of the Indians and the Poor, Monseñor Leonidas Proaño Villalba, as the national symbol for the fight against oppression, exclusion and marginalization in Ecuador.  The articles also establish important dates and discuss the memory of his mission.
