Comprehensive Peace Accord Concluded Between the Government of Nepal and the CPN (Maoist)

This Peace Accord reaffirms the various points of understanding between the Government of Nepal and the CPN (Maoist).  The document includes a Preamble, definitions, and chapters on political, economic and social transformation and conflict management, management of armies and arms, ceasefire, the end of war, observance of human rights, fundamental rights and humanitarian law, mechanism for dispute settlement and implementation, and implementation and monitoring.
