Agreement Between the Political Parties to Amend the Constitution

This document represents an agreement between the political parties, in which they agree to various points, such as amendment to the Constitution, integration, rehabilitation and arms management, change in the activities and functioning of the YCL, return of seized property, formation of Commissions, and relief for victims of the conflict.
