Agreement Between the Government and the Federal Limbuwan State Council

This agreement, made between the Government of Nepal and the Federal Limbuwan State Council, states that the feudalist and centralised state authority and unitary state structure has exploited, oppressed and isolated the people of Limbuwan from the mainstream.  Various points of agreement are listed as to how to incorporate Limbuwan people while restructuring the state.  These points include a Federal Governance system, honoring the Late Rajkumar Angdembe (a martyr), representation of the Federal Limbuwan State Council, and the Constituent Assembly election.
