This document comprises of suggestions for the Constituent Assembly collected through democratic dialogues held with the Dalit communities of Saptari and Sarlahi districts.  Included are suggestions for the Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles Committee, the Committee for Determining the Structure of Governance of State, the Committee for Determining the Structure of Legislative Body, the Committee for Restructuring the State and Sharing of State Power, the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Minorities and Marginalized Communities, the Committee for Preserving National Interests, the Committee on Judiciary, the Committee for Determining the Structure of Constitutional Bodies, the Committee for Determining the Basis of Cultural and Social Solidarity, and the Committee on Natural Resources, Economic Rights and Sharing of Revenues.
