Suggestions for the Constituent Assembly from the Muslim Communities of Bara and Kapilvastu

These suggestions for the Constituent Assembly were collected from the Muslim communities of Bara and Kapilvastu districts through democratic dialogue.  They concern identity, minority communities, natural resources, national interest, provincial units, provisions, the Executive, legislature, language, courts, federal governance system, and citizenship, among others.
