In this letter to the editor of the Namibian, published on the 19th of January, 1990, Joni Wilson offers an open letter to the Constituent Assembly.  She offers her congratulations on "speedily formulating a proposed Constitution for independent Namibia", and discusses human rights, public debate, and the issues of the right to freedom of sexual orientation.
