Agreement on Certain Aspects of the Implementation of Provisions of the Constituent Assembly Proclamation

This Official Gazette gives a general notice that the Administrator-General and the Special Representative appointed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations have agreed on certain aspects of the implementation of the provisions of the Constituent Assembly Proclamation.  It is followed by a letter from the Special Representative of the Secretary General for Namibia to the Administrator-General of Namibia to say that free elections will be held for the whole of Namibia to enable to the people to freely and fairly determine their own future by selecting a Constituent Assembly.
