President's Statement on the Publication of the Draft of the Afghan Constitution

The Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan's president, Hamid Karzai, releases a statement on the Publication of the Draft Constitution of Afghanistan.  He states that the Constitution is to be Afghanistan's national legal charter which shall determine and regulate the political, economic, social and cultural life of its people. He encourages Afghans both inside and outside the country, to carefully study the Constitution draft and submit constructive views and recommendations to the Constitutional Review Commission for further review and consideration.
