Constitutional Assembly (Theme Committee 2): Minutes of Core Group Meeting

The committee discussed the Technical Committee’s comments about bicameral and unicameral legislature. The committee also commented that most submissions by political parties had not been received for block 2 and that these documents are much needed. The committee discussed the upcoming workshop on Traditional Leaders and Indigenous Law, the Commission on Provincial Government, and the Ad hoc Technical Committee on Traditional Authorities.
