Constitutional Assembly (Theme Committee 2): Working Lunch by Core Group, TC2 Technical Committee, Ad Hoc Technical Committee on Traditional Leaders, and TC2 Secretariat

At this meeting, the committee established the role of the technical committees. Having decided that a convenor was necessary, the Theme Committee laid down a convenor’s responsibilities and appointed their first convenor. Directions were decided on for how to give the Technical Committee instructions and how to ensure the latter’s effectiveness. The importance of communication was stressed.
