Zambian president precludes amendment to Grade-12 constitutional requirement to stand for election

<p><span>I will not sign amendments to the grade 12 certificate law even if it means me getting out of State House, President Edgar Lungu vowed yesterday.&nbsp; </span></p><p><span>And President Lungu says he will meet the Examinations Council of Zambia to share&nbsp; his concerns on why the grade 12 verification exercise should not be restricted to Lusaka.&nbsp; </span></p>
