Zambia constitutional referendum faces uncertainties over determination of validity of outcome

<p>PROFESSOR Muna Ndulo has advised that Zambians should not go to a referendum, unless its results are certain as the process currently has no base.</p><p>During the Newsmakers Forum of the Press Freedom Committee of The Post on Tuesday, Prof Ndulo, a law professor at Cornel University, wondered how the 50 per cent plus one of ‘those entitled to vote’ in the referendum was going to be calculated, if it succeeded.</p>
