UNDP's Helen Clark criticises UKAWA for Tanzania CA walk-out

<div class="story-body"><p>UNITED Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Administrator Helen Clark, on Tuesday commented on the walk-out by members of the Constituent Assembly (CA) who form the Union for a People's Constitution (UKAWA), saying the move was not right.</p> <p>In mid April, UKAWA members drawn from Chadema, CUF and NCCR-Mageuzi and a few from Group of 201, staged a walk-out in protest against alleged discrimination and insults from other members.</p> <p>The unfortunate incident happened two weeks before the assembly was adjourned to allow the budget session of the National Assembly.</p>
