Tanzania new Constitution to allow for the ratification the AU Charter on democracy

<p>Tanzania will ratify the AU Charter on Democracy, Election and Governance after its inclusion in the country's new constitution.&nbsp;Attorney-General Fredrick Werema told the ongoing session of the National Assembly that "there are provisions in the Charter which were not guaranteed in the current constitution".</p>
