Tanzania: CA members told to act responsibly

<p>Zanzibar — IT may be difficult to eliminate the challenges in the union between Zanzibar and the Union government should members of the Constituent Assembly and the people fail to approve the new constitution.</p><p>"Most of the answers or solutions to nuisances (kero) in the Union have been provided in the new constitution.</p><p>Therefore, if we fail to approve it, the nuisances will persist," warned he Zanzibar Second Vice-President, Ambassador Seif Ali Iddi.</p><p>The message was contained in his speech at the forum to mark the 50th anniversary of the Union held in Zanzibar.</p><p>He mentioned Oil and Gas as example of nuisances, whose answer has been provided in the proposed new Union constitution.</p>
