Sri Lanka's Constitution must be amended for country’s progress says Minister

The constitution of Sri Lanka must be amended for the progress of the country said Dayasiri Jayasekara, Minister of Sports. He also stated that the new constitution should give due prominence to Buddhism and that decision-making processes would be more efficient and more successful if the country is governed by one party and one leader.
