Parties of Syria's conflict agree to hold next UN meeting and to continue talks on Constitution

For the first time, all parties to Syria’s conflict — including the divided opposition — have agreed to take part in talks to help lay the foundation for a new constitution, the UN special envoy for the country said on Monday. All the parties agreed to a seventh round of political talks, which are intended to be conducted in June.
