Nepal: Supreme Courts halts the 16-point pact on the new constitution

<p>The Supreme Court (SC) on Friday issued an interim order, temporarily halting the implement of the 16-point agreement signed by the big four political parties on June 8.&nbsp;A single bench of Justice Girish Chandra Lal issued the order, directing the defendants not to implement the 16-point pact according to Interim Constitution Article (1), 82 and 138 until further ruling.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
