Moldova may amend constitution to remove parliamentary, judicial immunity

<p><span>Democratic MP Sergiu Sarbu said the immunity must be removed in order to ensure the equality of all the people before the law. “There are MPs who have an arrogant behavior, break the law and the police can do nothing because these enjoy immunity. To eliminate such abuses, we will vote to remove the parliamentary immunity,” he stated.</span></p>
