Colombia ConCourt rules justice tribunals are constitutional

Colombia’s Constitutional Court on Tuesday ruled that provisions for special justice tribunals outlined in the 2016 peace accord between the government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) were constitutional.
