Objectives

Comparative studies and systematic documentation of majority and minority reports from some of the assembly’s key commissions: Vision of the Country; Rights, Duties and Guarantees; Organization and Structure of the New State; Judiciary; Other State Bodies; Autonomy, Decentralization and Territorial Organization and Planning; Economic Development and Finance; Renewable Natural Resources; Land, Territory and Environment. The purpose of the studies was to facilitate deliberation by the full assembly. Enhance the quality of debate during and after the Constituent Assembly.
