National Endowment for Democracy (NED) grant to FUNDAPPAC

To increase voter education and analysis in the lead-up to the two referenda to approve a new Bolivian constitution. FUNDAPPAC will conduct polls and focus groups to assess information gaps in citizen understanding and produce radio programs, a bimonthly e-bulletin, and short analytical pieces to be published in major national newspapers. FUNDAPPAC will focus its activities on the structure of the state, citizen rights and responsibilities, and multiculturalism.
