Objectives
UNDP Project. Simultaneously with the project described above, at the request of the assembly leadership, this project provided equipment (computers, video cameras and audio recorders) for all the commissions. It also responded to the need for a major project to provide technical assistance, communication and systematic documentation of debates, to be presented to the Donor Group, which consisted of various multilateral and bilateral cooperation agencies.
