To provide support for indigenous Cambodian initiatives, including the Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association, the Khmer Institute of Democracy, the Khmer Students' Association and other groups focusing on human rights and democratic education. The Constitution is likely to have been a topic of the democracy education, as the organisations state their committment to it.
