National Endowment for Democracy (NED) grant to Mwanga

To advance women's rights and the rule of law. Mwanga will organize a workshop on the Congolese family code and laws governing marriage for traditional leaders from each of Maniema's seven territories. Mwanga will also organize informational campaigns on the upcoming constitutional referendum and broadcast 24 thirty-minute radio programs on domestic and international instruments governing marriage.
