Objectives

To reinforce the advocacy, watchdog and counter-balancing roles of civil society in relation to the deepening of democracy and governance reforms in Kenya and to integrate a right based approach to develop in social and economic reforms. Areas that are eligible for project proposals include (1) Governance reforms: constitutional review process, (2) Human Rights reforms: constitutional reforms towards enhanced realization of human rights (3) Justice reforms: Constitutional reforms.
